All maintenance jobs are assessed by a Zone Property Manager prior to being passed to the relevant tradesman to prevent any unnecessary cost to the landlord.

Our Processes

Each tenant is interviewed and e-referenced; where we obtain employers and landlord references. In addition we can obtain an Experian credit reference for each tenant. At this stage we inform you of the tenancy details and invite you to agree the tenancy.

Primed property: your property is inventory scheduled where we assess the internal condition: We use dated stamped photos and videos to capture conditions at move in and move out.

Your property is inspected on a 6 monthly basis and you are provided with a condition report, recommendations and photos. “We like to keep you in touch with your property”.

Maintenance issues & annual legalities are reported to you in order to gain consent: we never undertake works without your agreement and we provide you with a detailed monthly and annual consolidated statement.
