Prospective Tenants should view any property they wish to consider where-after they can submit an application to rent.

All properties are available on standard PRT tenancies in accordance with the current legislation.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm although the viewing hours extend to 8pm on weekdays and 12:30pm at weekends so we should always be able to fit you in.

Our Terms and Conditions document along with your tenancy agreement will keep you right!

As always if you are unsure about anything please call your local regional branch.

An inventory will be prepared detailing the fixtures and fittings in the property together with their condition. You will be required to sign a Schedule of Condition confirming that you agree with the inventory and the comments regarding condition. This inventory will also be used at the check-out to assess any damage or dilapidations to the property.

MOVING OUT

When you leave the property, we will ask you to give us a forwarding address where we can reach you. On your checkout, a Property Manager will visit the property to assess its condition against the inventory signed at the start of the tenancy.
